Creating An iApp Account without A Credit Card
One thing to note before you get started with uploading applications to your i Pad. In order to create an account without a credit card, you must make sure you are in the App Store, not the iTunes Store. To create an iTunes App Store account without a credit card please follow select the following link to App Store. The link will walk you through the steps for setting up an account.
iApps and Sensory Learning
Learning is a process of building a neural network. Over the expansion of a lifetime individuals construct neural networks that help them reference their world. They way humans build these neural networks is through different experiences that relate to representational experiences, symbolic figurative occurrence, concrete episodes, abstract developments, or symbolic interactions with their world.
Designing instruction around these modalities of learning is a powerful instructional component that can enhance a student's understanding and retention of information. Modality instruction is essentially the ability to integrate the diverse senses either in isolation or in arrangement to engage and reinforce the learning process. By the very design of teaching, a lesson can cross over into the tra-digital world of modality instruction. As teachers consciously enter theworld of how students learn, they begin to build a necessary partnership with their students within the learning process. This can be accomplished tra-digitally by the capturing effective instructional practices and applying those practices to high engaging digital tools that are integrated to fit different modalities of learning. What if teaching and learning design closed the gap between the teachers world and the students’ quickly and naturally every time? What if instruction could be design in such a way that captured students’ learning styles, tapped into their array of learning modalities, unleashed their motivation and did it "tra-digitally?" Next we will look at a few I applications that have been designed with these three elements in mind.
